Return and Cancellation Policy for Live Courses (online or in-person):
Refund Policy
- Requests for a refund made 45 days or more before the event’s start date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Refund requests made less than 45 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund, but may be rescheduled, if applicable.
Rescheduling Policy
- To reschedule your attendance, please notify us of your preferred rescheduled date at least 2 weeks before the original event date. Rescheduling will be subject to availability.
- A course can be transferred to another course with the same course value.
- Rescheduling is only for live online or in-person courses. Not for on-demand courses.
Late Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your attendance less than 14 days before the event start date, you will lose your place in the workshop. No refunds or rescheduling options will be available in such cases. This is applicable for live sessions whether online or in-person.
Note
- Refund requests and rescheduling notifications must be submitted in writing via email to support@emworks.com
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds take 10 to 14 business days to process.
- Transaction fees incurred during registration are non-refundable.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the workshop, providing alternative options when applicable.
